Sacred Space Stewardship exists to prepare women to design, lead, and sustain retreats with depth, structure, and integrity.

I didn't always know how to do that. I learned by being in the room long enough for experience to teach me what theory never could.

Early on, mine didn't. I undercharged. I overextended. I learned through moments that were humbling, stretching, and costly in ways I couldn't have anticipated. Those moments changed how I now lead.

WHAT SACRED SPACE STEWARDSHIP IS
Sacred Space Stewardship is a professional training for women who want to facilitate multi-day retreats with nervous system capacity, business integrity, and embodied leadership.
It is a full-scope certification, from ideation and design to live facilitation, pricing, logistics, and implementation.
This training is not about adding more content. It's about learning how to hold transformational containers when real life shows up. Emotion. Uncertainty. Intensity. Beauty. Breakthrough.
Everything taught here comes from lived experience. From what worked. From what didn't. From what I wish I'd known sooner.
You'll learn how to:
➤ Design retreats with concept, curation, ritual, seasonality, and divine timing
➤ Build business systems that sustain you (pricing, contracts, logistics, and ethical sales)
➤ Facilitate live with practice, feedback, and real-time adjustments
➤ Navigate intensity, including rupture, repair, and unexpected dynamics
When stewardship is embodied, retreats stop feeling risky. They start feeling spacious and alive.
How The Training Works
An 8-week hybrid certification:
- 2 weeks of virtual preparation
- A 4-day in-person immersion
- 5 weeks of guided integration and implementation support
You'll practice facilitating live. You'll receive feedback. You'll leave with skill you can actually trust in the room.
You will build and refine your own retreat framework during the training, not years later.
The immersion will take place during the first or second week of June 2026 in Austin, Texas. Final dates will be selected in collaboration with the cohort to support scheduling needs.
An Essential Distinction
Sacred Space Stewardship is not therapy training. It's not a modality certification.
It's preparation for the role of steward.
A calling may bring you to the room. Stewardship is what allows you to hold it well.
The steward tends the entire container—the space, the rhythm, the evolution, the unexpected. She responds in real time instead of bracing or forcing. She understands that structure and sacredness belong together.
This role is learnable. And it matters.
FOUNDED BY MICHELLE SORRO
Michelle Sorro has led sold-out public immersions and private intensives across Sedona, Arizona; Malibu and Ojai, California; and Jonestown, Wimberley, and Austin, Texas.
Before building a multiple seven-figure transformational coaching business, she spent 10 years in live television commerce, generating $222 million in sales with HSN, QVC, and Extra. That experience informs her grounded, ethical approach to structure, pricing, and leadership.
Her work has been featured in SUCCESS Magazine in an editorial titled "An Authentic Awakening," reflecting the depth and integrity that now shape her leadership.
She's a Certified Canfield Success Principles Trainer, trained directly by Jack Canfield. She holds certifications in attachment, somatic and trauma-informed practice, Reiki I & II, and 500-hour yoga teacher training.
